The bag for all cases


Which one should have thereby, for all cases:
As so-called emergency suit-cases equipped finished products (usually made too expensive) are offered, it are however also possible to equip a solid aluminum suit-case or a backpack.

Emergency equipments for the medical service are not to be described in the following, rather practical equipment, it the sportsman, for who coach or responsible person makes possible to carry out with sport injuries and medical trifle injuries or everyday complaints first assistance.

As basic equipment is recommended:

For the surgical dressing:

    • acyetic compresses in different sizes as wound overlay
    • Gauze bandages
    • Plaster in different sizes
    • Disinfectant
    • Material for cleaning wounds
    • Flexible binding to the compression
    • A mark gloves

For blunt injuries like e.g. Bruises, verse dipping:

    • Cooling material
    • Cool luggage (gel-filled cooling cushions), ice (cooling ash!)
    • The use of cooling sprays is not recommended, since frequently Hautschäden arise.
    • Flexible binding (in different widths)
    • Compresses
    • Ointments like e.g. Dolo Mobilat or Reparil gel, volt arene Emulgel
    • Triangle cloths
    • Supporting bandages
    • if necessary seeming material and Tape (previous knowledge necessarily)

Instruments:

    • Tweezers
    • Shears

Further accessories:

    • Rescue cover (aluminum foil)
    • Tooth box (Dento safe)
      To the keeping of teeth for if necessary later Reimplantation (straight with children importantly)

Is important to limit and to place in clear arrangement in the emergency bag the carried equipment to the necessary.

For support and/or supply in the context of long-term employments (e.g. Training camp) is meaningful the taking along of further material.

    • Sun protective agent
    • Ointments for sun fire and/or fire injuries (e.g. Soventol, Fenistil)
    • if necessary insect protective agent (e.g. Autan)
    • Drop against nausea/vomiting (e.g. Paspertin)
    • Medicines against failure illnesses (e.g. Imodium, coal Kompretten)
    • Medicines against stomach complaints/Sodbrennen (e.g. Talcid)

Cold medicines:

    • Nose drop (e.g. Otriven)
    • Lutschtabletten against sore throats (e.g. Neo Angin, Dorithricin)
    • Pain means and/or fever-lowering means (e.g. ASS or Paracetamol)
    • if necessary further cold preparations like e.g. “expectorant” medicines (Ambroxol or Acetylcystein)
    • Preparations for the increase of the defens of infects (Infect complex, Echinacea preparations, Vitamin tablets or shower tablets)
